Exchanges and Refunds must be in accordance with these terms and conditions:

• Exchange and refund of goods are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Underwear, socks and swimwear will not be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene concerns.
• All goods must be returned in original condition, unused and in unopened packaging, and tags.
• Exchange is subject to availability. – Please check if the exchange process is available from the operational side. Normally, online stores don’t provide exchanges and ask for returns and place new orders due to the complicated operational process behind. If unavailable, the cost will be refunded or transferred to the customer’s credit wallet.
• Items bought at a discounted price will be refunded at the same cost.
• Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee. Reverse pick up from the customer we will be charged accordingly if the item doesn’t have a manufacturing defect, if an item has a manufacturing defect return is for free.
