    WARRANTY FOR RESTRINGING

Restringing procedures do not include a warranty because strings wear with time. We do not provide a warranty for any racket repairs because rackets can break again while being used. If the frame or the rackets show signs of damage, we don't restring them. We won't be liable for any damage the restringing may do to your racket if you ask for it to be restrung outside of the manufacturer's recommended tension range.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT RACKET STRING AND TENSION

The sweet spot is the area on the string bed that gives you the most power and speed for your shots. As string tension increases, the sweet spot decreases on the string bed. For beginners and casual players who are more likely to miss the sweet spot, a higher tension generally results in less power.

    Tension:

As you decrease the tension of your strings, the sweet spot increases on the string bed, making lower tensions more suitable for beginners and casual players. However, as players become more consistent and can hit the sweet spot reliably, a higher tension will provide more control and allow the shuttle to travel faster off a smaller but more powerful sweet spot.

    String Durability:

Thicker strings are generally more durable than thinner strings, and are therefore less likely to break. Mishits towards the edge of the frame significantly increase the risk of strings breaking during play.

    Recommended Range:

Each racket has a recommended stringing range, and stringing outside of this range may damage your racket.

    Playing Conditions:

Playing with different types of shuttles can affect the performance of your strings. Be mindful of the playing conditions, including temperature, humidity, and altitude, when selecting your string and tension.

    Personal Preference:

There is no particular tension that always works well with a particular string or vice versa. Choosing a string and tension is dependent on your style of play and technique.

    String Tension:

Remember that string tension is just as important as the type of string you choose. Finding the right balance of tension and string material can make a significant difference in your game.

    STRINGING TENSIONS

The string tension can have a significant impact on the performance of the racket.

    High tension:
It’s the stringing tension above the recommended range specified by the manufacturer. This means the strings are pulled tighter, resulting in a stiffer string bed. High tension can provide more control over the ball, as there is less deformation of the strings upon impact. Additionally, high tension can increase the risk of string breakage and can be less forgiving on off-center shots, leading to increased vibration and potential arm injury.
    Low tension:
Low tension refers to a stringing tension below the recommended range specified by the manufacturer. This means the strings are looser, resulting in a softer string bed. Low tension can provide more power and spin, as there is more deformation of the strings upon impact.  It can also be more forgiving on off-center shots, as there is more elasticity to absorb the shock. However, low tension can decrease control and accuracy, as there is more movement of the strings and less predictability of the ball's trajectory. Low tension can result in reduced string durability and potentially more restringing needed.

It's important to note that the optimal stringing tension for a player depends on their style and preferences. Some players may prefer higher tension for increased control, while others may prefer lower tension for more power and spin. It's important to experiment with different tensions to find the one that best suits your game

    Thank You!
